Culture as an evolutionary dimension - The decisive significance for the creation and preservation of a high cultural level of a nation is connected to the responsibility and obligation of the political, cultural leadership in charge! The main difficulty lies in the fact that politics generally have to address the day-to-day affairs so that there is little room left for obligations of the kind mentioned here. However, the process – either evolutionary and constructive, or involutionary and destructive – continues and any degenerating development will also prove negligence on the part of the responsible authorities, later on. |

A review into the history of culture in Europe and into the spiritual as well as cultural and social developments here offers hardly any joy to anyone searching for HARMONY. The so-called “religious wars”, which even today are still taking place in a more refined manner on the most diverse levels (the so-called “war of cultures”), are an expression of a rather ,diabolical’ non-culture – and therefore disgraceful to a civilized society. |
